Same-day delivery service is available between hotels in Tokyo and hotels in Kyoto or Osaka listed in the service table.
For example, you can bring your baggage to the bell desk of your hotel in Tokyo by 8:00 a.m. and check out.
Then you can go baggage-free via the Shinkansen to Kyoto. You can see the historic ancient capital,
try some flower arrangement or dress up as a geisha.
After enjoying a full day, you can check in to your Kyoto hotel in the evening.
The baggage will be waiting for you. Relax a bit, and then go out for some delicious Japanese food.

After confirming that this service is offered at the hotel, by 6:00 p.m. two days in advance provide us, by telephone, fax, or via the email form, with ① your company name, ② the representative for your group, ③ your company telephone number, ④ the collection date, ⑤ the hotel the luggage is to be picked up from, ⑥ the hotel the luggage is to be delivered to, ⑦ the names of the customers that will be using the service (when there are multiple people, you may either submit all names or the name of the tour or group), ⑧ the type of luggage, and ⑨ the number of articles.When placing an order by fax, the order process will be complete when you have received a reply fax.

Hands-free travel is highly recommended, as it makes sightseeing easier and more pleasant.
Take advantage of this uniquely Japanese service, already used by many foreign tourists travelling in Japan.
This service can also be used for school excursions to Japan from overseas. We collect baggage from hotels on the morning of the day of departure, and distribute it in individual class lots to destination hotels.
Normally baggage is distributed at a designated delivery counter, but it can also be delivered to a specified assembly location. Teachers who have taken students to the airport by train have praised the service, saying “Because nobody was carrying baggage, we were able to conduct everyone smoothly and safely.”
Payment can be performed after service is provided for delivery of roughly 20 articles or more. Post-payment is often used for company incentive trips in which delivery is provided to participants free of charge.
Tour details are received in advance from tour providers or companies to provide a range of delivery methods tailored to the needs of customers, such as batch baggage pickup or having customers use the standard airport delivery application process, contacting our call center on an in individual basis so that baggage can be picked up when it is convenient for the customer.
