Below are several frequently asked questions regarding the Hotel Same-Day Delivery Service.

Service is available for some hotels within Tokyo’s 23 wards, the city of Kyoto, and the city of Osaka which are not indicated on the list. Please call the QL Liner Foreign Language Desk at 0476-35-6631 for details.
Leave your articles at the bell desk or front desk of the hotel (where the articles are to be picked up from) by 8:00 a.m. of the day of your departure. (Inform the hotel that you have requested a pickup by KTC that day).
The following cannot be sent: Breakable items (including computers, precision devices, and musical instruments), unpackaged items, expensive items (fine art, etc.), cash, valuables, animals, toxic substances, guns, knives, frozen or refrigerated items, explosive items, ignitable items, volatile items, raw produce, and liquids or other items which, if broken, could damage other articles.
As a general rule the service charge is 2,800 yen (including consumption tax) for articles with a combined width, height, and depth of 140cm or less and which weigh 20kg or less, and for suitcases and travel bags. Articles whose combined dimensions are 140cm or more but 240cm or less, or which weight 20kg or more but 30kg or less, are considered extra-large articles. The service charge for these articles is 3,500 yen (including consumption tax).
For delivery from Tokyo to the Kansai area, articles will be delivered between roughly 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to Kyoto hotels and between roughly 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to Osaka hotels.
For delivery from the Kansai area to Tokyo, articles will be delivered between roughly 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Delivery may be delayed depending on traffic or weather conditions.)
